There are many marks in agriculture
After more than 2 years of operation, the KNCĐ groups in Dak Nong have created positive impressions. Notably, they have consulted and supported people, cooperatives, and businesses to implement effective production processes.

Members of the provincial KNCĐ groups have actively encouraged farmers to participate in training courses, access technology and production processes suitable to local conditions and production needs. Therefore, many agricultural models applying production processes according to quality standards, food safety, meeting market needs have been formed in production areas.
From the results of two pilot models of KNCĐ groups in Dak R'moan commune, Gia Nghia city and Nam Binh commune, Dak Song district, Dak Nong, 52 groups were replicated, with 586 participating members.
In Nam Binh commune, the KNCĐ team has cooperated with the Coffee and Import-Export Goods Inspection Joint Stock Company (CAFECONTROL) to support 3 training courses on coffee production according to 4C standards for cooperative members.

CAFECONTROL Company also consulted and supported Doan Ket Cooperative to produce more than 70 tons of high-quality ground coffee. The product was contracted to be fully consumed by Quang Vinh Company Limited, Dak Song District.
The KNCĐ Group of Nam Da commune, Krong No district, has organized vocational training classes for rural workers and attracted nearly 1,000 participants.
Mr. Phan Van Minh, Head of the Nam Da Commune Community Development Team, said that the training content focuses on coffee and pepper production, breeding techniques and disease prevention for livestock, poultry, and freshwater aquatic products.
Up to now, the Commune's KNCĐ Team has built many effective production models such as: Nam Ha village flower growing cooperative group; livestock farming cooperative group; organic coffee production household group...
According to Mr. Le Dinh Khanh, Head of the Agricultural Extension Team of Nhan Co Commune, Dak R'lap District, the members of the team always closely follow and encourage farmers to actively invest and improve product quality to qualify for the OCOP Program.

Mr. Nguyen Van Chuong, Director of the Agricultural Extension Center - Agricultural and Forestry Seeds of Dak Nong province, said that linking KNCĐ groups with standard coffee material areas will help improve coffee quality in localities.
Mr. Chuong said: "The KNCĐ groups not only support and guide cooperatives and people to improve product quality and value, but also create stability and increase income in production."
Not given due attention
However, according to the assessment of the Agricultural Extension Center - Agricultural and Forestry Seeds of Dak Nong province, the KNCĐ groups have not received much attention and support during their operations. Especially, the management and professional guidance of the KNCĐ groups have not been consistent. In particular, there is no close connection between the State management agency and the professional agency.
Therefore, the activities of the KNCĐ groups in Dak Nong still do not have a specific direction. Therefore, the consolidation of the KNCĐ groups still faces many difficulties. The KNCĐ groups currently mainly operate spontaneously.
Recently, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Dak Nong province has consulted on drafting a resolution on regulating a number of policies to support agricultural production development until 2030 in Dak Nong province.

The resolution provides a number of mechanisms and policies to support the development of KNCĐ groups. However, the resolution is still in draft form.
“Members of the KNCĐ groups are operating on a voluntary basis and have not received financial support or equipment for their professional work,” added Nguyen Van Chuong, Director of the Dak Nong Province Agricultural Extension Center and Forestry Seeds.
