In order to proactively prevent and stop fraud, protect the legitimate rights of learners, parents, pupils and students in the province need to look up information about scholarships and studying abroad from official sources; do not follow any instructions over the phone from strangers; do not click on strange links, do not install applications of unknown origin; absolutely do not provide personal information, bank accounts, OTP codes to strangers; when receiving suspicious information, immediately contact the school or local police agency for verification; if detecting fraudulent behavior, immediately report to the nearest police and share warning information with relatives and friends.
The Ministry of Education and Training is implementing a number of projects and scholarship programs using the state budget to send people to study abroad. Admission notices for scholarship programs are sent to ministries, ministerial-level agencies, People's Committees of provinces/cities under the Central Government, universities, academies, colleges and are posted on the electronic information portal of the Ministry of Education and Training at: https://moet.gov.vn and the electronic information portal of the Department of International Cooperation, Ministry of Education and Training at: https://icd.edu.vn. In addition, there are a number of scholarship programs granted by foreign governments through the Ministry of Education and Training that are also posted on the electronic information portal of the Department of International Cooperation.
