ALARMING SITUATION: MANY WEBSITES TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE REPUTATION OF SUNHOUSE KITCHEN PRODUCTS TO POST INFORMATION ABOUT PRICE dumping, CAUSING MARKET DEFENSE

Recently, SUNHOUSE has received many complaints from consumers about the appearance of websites of units that are not part of SUNHOUSE's official distribution system but are selling kitchen products at unusually low prices .
These websites often exhibit suspicious behavior such as:

Advertise prices lower than the official dealer price, causing confusion for consumers.
No genuine warranty card provided, unclear contact information.
When ordering, customers are notified "out of stock", "discontinued", or advised to buy another product.
Delivered product does not match description, shows signs of counterfeit/counterfeit goods.

Specifically , we would like to provide some website images of units that are not part of the official distribution system of SUNHOUSE but post information , images, and devalue SUNHOUSE products.

SERIOUS VIOLATION OF THE LAW

Websites that dump prices or sell products of unknown origin are seriously violating legal regulations, specifically:

Violation of the Competition Law (Law No. 23/2018/QH14) : Dumping causes market disruption, affects the authorized dealer system and consumer rights.
Violation of the Law on Consumer Protection (Law No. 59/2010/QH12) : Providing false information, delivering goods of unknown origin, and not being transparent about the warranty policy.
Violation of intellectual property rights if using SUNHOUSE logo, images, product names without authorization.

These acts may be subject to administrative penalties or criminal prosecution depending on the severity of the violation.
