On June 29, a clip was circulated on social media recording two traffic police officers riding special motorbikes to guide a car carrying a woman in labor to the hospital in time - the clip was recorded by the car's dashcam and posted online.

The clip then received many shares and comments praising the beautiful actions of these two soldiers.

Speaking to Tuoi Tre Online , the leader of the Hang Xanh traffic police team under the Traffic Police Department (PC08) of Ho Chi Minh City Police said that the two officers appearing in the viral clip are under the management of the team.

Accordingly, at 6:30 a.m. the same day, the Hang Xanh traffic police team assigned soldiers to strengthen traffic safety and order at the intersection of Nguyen Binh Khiem - Nguyen Dinh Chieu (Da Kao ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City), at the launching ceremony of the force participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level.

While Captain Phung Duc Thang and Captain Nguyen Thanh Cong (Hang Xanh traffic police) were on duty at the above intersection, they suddenly received a request for help guiding the way from a car driver.

This driver told the traffic police that there was a pregnant woman in the car whose water had broken and asked for help to quickly get to Tu Du Hospital.

After receiving the information, these two soldiers quickly turned on the siren (priority siren) of the special vehicle, clearing the way for the car to reach the hospital in just a few minutes.

According to the driver in the clip, "Hey, hey, my sister is about to give birth, can you take her to Tu Du Hospital for me?", the male driver opened the door and asked the traffic police for help.

After the car arrived at the hospital, the two traffic police officers quickly returned to their old positions to continue working, ensuring traffic order and safety.

"I saw the driver seemed panicked and saw that the pregnant woman in the car was in an urgent situation, and the hospital was far away, so we quickly decided to turn on the priority horn to let the car go, without thinking much...", one of the two traffic police officers appearing in the clip shared.
