The training course had 61 trainees who were deputy directors and officers planning leadership positions of the Social Policy Bank (CSXH) branches from the Supervisory Board of the Social Policy Bank; Social Policy Bank branches in the provinces and cities: Quang Tri, Hue, Da Nang, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, Khanh Hoa, Quang Ngai, Lam Dong and Ho Chi Minh .
This is the 4th course out of 7 training courses organized in 2025 according to the human resource development plan of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Truong Thanh Ha, Director of the Social Policy Bank Training Center, said that in implementing the Social Policy Bank Development Strategy to 2030, the Social Policy Bank identified human resource development as one of the key tasks, determining the success of the system.
In the context of fierce competition and constant change in technology, human resource development is not only an option but also a mandatory requirement for survival and development. Especially for leaders and managers at all levels, capacity building not only helps to effectively implement strategies but also ensures the long-term development of the organization.

During the 3 days (July 15-17), the trainees were updated on 5 topics delivered by lecturers from the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, including: New and important points in the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress; The era of the Vietnamese nation's rise: conditions, challenges, and strategic breakthroughs; Improving the Party's leadership and governing capacity in the new context, recognizing and resolving the relationship between the State, the market and society in the process of national development; Ensuring sustainable social policies as Vietnam enters a new era, the era of the nation's rise; Skills to inspire and motivate leaders and managers.
The training course is not only an opportunity for staff to improve their qualifications and broaden their horizons, but also an opportunity to connect and exchange experiences between branches. This is an important preparation step for the leadership team of the Social Policy Bank to better meet the requirements of the reform period, contributing to the effective implementation of the Development Strategy of the Social Policy Bank to 2030.
