The Lumi Hanoi project is located in a well-planned area in the western part of Hanoi and is adjacent to diverse amenities such as parks, schools, shopping centers, medical facilities, and the new administrative center. Residents can easily access Lumi Hanoi via Thang Long Boulevard and it takes only 20 minutes by car to reach the central districts of Hanoi and 40 minutes by car to Noi Bai International Airport. In the future, transportation connections will become even more convenient when Metro lines 5, 6, and 7 become operational.
The Lumi Hanoi project is being implemented in multiple phases and will provide approximately 4,000 apartments across 9 towers ranging from 29 to 35 floors. These include various apartment types, from 42m2 one-bedroom units to 135m2 four-bedroom units. Duplex and penthouse apartments with areas of 115m2 and 410m2 will also be integrated into the project.
Mr. Ronald Tay, General Director of CLD (Vietnam), said: “We are delighted to launch the Lumi Hanoi project in the capital city to meet the demand for high-quality real estate amidst urbanization and a growing population. Positioned as one of CapitaLand’s signature apartment projects, Lumi Hanoi will continue our commitment to sustainable urbanization, providing living spaces and amenities that cater to the tastes of the new generation of customers. With CapitaLand’s extensive experience and expertise in developing award-winning apartment projects across Asia, we believe Lumi Hanoi will set a new standard for sophisticated and sustainable urban living in the capital.”
“Vietnam is one of CLD’s three core markets, and we have a long-term vision for development in this market. Despite current market fluctuations, we remain confident in our attractive investment opportunities by leveraging our nearly three decades of operational experience and the Group’s strong financial position. As one of Asia’s leading real estate developers with expertise in multiple sectors, we are also seeking investment opportunities in a diverse range of asset classes, focusing initially on residential and commercial projects. Our long-term vision is to become the preferred real estate developer, delivering quality real estate products and services to support Vietnam’s sustainable urbanization and contribute to the country’s economic growth,” Mr. Tay added.
CapitaLand Group began operating in Vietnam in 1994 and has established a strong market position with a diversified portfolio, including: one retail complex, one SOHO project – a product line that harmoniously combines office and living spaces, two mixed-use projects, and over 16,000 quality apartments across 17 residential projects, including the luxury apartment project Lumi Hanoi.

Lumi Hanoi - A radiant lifestyle
Beyond its living spaces, Lumi Hanoi promises to create a community that blends sustainability, sophistication, and tranquility to redefine urban living. Lumi Hanoi was designed by renowned French architect Jean-François Milou from Studio Milou, who is also behind the designs of projects such as the Binh Dinh Provincial Convention Center in Quy Nhon and the National Gallery Singapore. Lumi Hanoi is his first residential project in Vietnam.
Inspired by "lumière," meaning light in French, Lumi Hanoi skillfully conveys the core spirit of the project, likening the home to the key to life and the sustaining of life, similar to light. The "city of light" theme is embellished with various elements to highlight the design philosophy applied in the project. The apartment buildings are intentionally arranged to break the monotony of the project's facade. Glass panels and architectural elements create interesting visual effects between light and shadow, not only during the day but also guiding residents home when night falls.
The unique landscape design of the Lumi Hanoi project draws inspiration from astronomical elements such as the sun, aurora borealis, and stars; the undulating hills and lake ecosystems are distinct from the flat terrain commonly found in other projects. The central park provides a peaceful space and serves as a gateway to outdoor amenities. A unique elevated pedestrian bridge, with its lush greenery, stretches across the vast project grounds, creating a harmonious connection between residents and nature, as well as a range of internal amenities. At night, the illuminated pedestrian bridge resembles a brilliant stream of light amidst a sea of twinkling stars. Lumi Hanoi integrates over 80 amenities for residents of all ages, including 15 sports fields and numerous swimming pools to encourage an active lifestyle.
Lumi Hanoi aims to achieve EDGE certification from IFC, a member of the World Bank Group. The sustainable features of the Lumi Hanoi project include: 4.3 hectares of lush green landscape, a rainwater harvesting system, an ecological lake and habitat system, as well as a charging station area for electric vehicles and bicycles.
