Located within one of the capital's leading comprehensively planned urban complexes, the project is expected to become an ideal residential destination for the domestic elite and the international community. In collaboration with Mitsubishi Estate and Nomura Real Estate Development, Maison Privée offers 490 luxury apartments to the market, with an estimated total development value of approximately US$450 million (equivalent to VND 11.7 trillion).

Maison Privée boasts a prime central location on a spacious 0.8-hectare plot. Inspired by its name, meaning "private residence" in French, the project creates a secluded, private living space offering a sophisticated and unique residential experience for homeowners. Furthermore, the project enjoys convenient access to major transportation routes such as Ring Road 2 and Ring Road 3, allowing residents to easily travel to Noi Bai International Airport in approximately 20 minutes and to the city center in about 15 minutes. Construction is planned to begin in Q3 2026 and is expected to be completed in Q1 2029.
