Branch in Quang Ninh launched a call and received 162 million VND from the Board of Directors, union members, and employees to support 3 workers in especially difficult circumstances: Ms. Nguyen Hong Tuyet (Ato - FO3R B department) has a young daughter with leukemia, undergoing long-term treatment; Ms. Ho Thi Thu Huong (Ato - AL2F B department) whose husband passed away, raising a younger sibling with severe mental illness, a disabled child, and herself suffering from kidney failure; Ms. Pham Thuy Hanh (MAE - Block RE department) is on long leave to take care of her son with late-stage brain cancer.
Mr. Bui Duc Tung, Chairman of the Company's Trade Union, said: The Trade Union and department managers visited each case at home, confirmed the situation and called for support. Over the years, the Yazaki Branch Union has coordinated to ensure good policies and regimes for employees, negotiated and signed collective labor agreements of type A; 100% of employees participate in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance; organized "Tet Sum Vay", applied electronic administration so that workers can look up policies quickly and transparently.
