Leaders and Trade Union of Yazaki Hai Phong Vietnam Co., Ltd. Branch in Quang Ninh presented support to Ms. Nguyen Hong Tuyet's family.

The Trade Union of Bach Nang Quang Ninh Footwear Company Limited (Mao Khe Ward) in coordination with the Company's leaders and local authorities has just organized the "Trade Union Meal" 2025 for nearly 1,600 union members and employees (worth 55,000 VND/meal). On the occasion of the anniversary of the founding of Vietnam Trade Union   Recently , the Trade Union of Yazaki Hai Phong Vietnam Co., Ltd. Branch in Quang Ninh launched a call and received 162 million VND from the Board of Directors, union members, and employees to support 3 workers in especially difficult circumstances: Ms. Nguyen Hong Tuyet (Ato - FO3R B department) has a young daughter with leukemia, undergoing long-term treatment; Ms. Ho Thi Thu Huong (Ato - AL2F B department) whose husband passed away, raising a younger sibling with severe mental illness, a disabled child, and herself suffering from kidney failure; Ms. Pham Thuy Hanh (MAE - Block RE department) is on long leave to take care of her son with late-stage brain cancer.

Mr. Bui Duc Tung, Chairman of the Company's Trade Union, said: The Trade Union and department managers visited each case at home, confirmed the situation and called for support. The gift is not only material help, but also a source of spiritual encouragement for colleagues to have more strength to overcome difficulties.

Ms. Nguyen Hong Tuyet was moved: “I am truly grateful for the attention of the Union and my colleagues. The support helps my family reduce the burden of hospital fees and gives me more confidence to fight the disease with my child.”

Over the years, the Yazaki Branch Union has coordinated to ensure good policies and regimes for employees, negotiated and signed collective labor agreements of type A; 100% of employees participate in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance; organized "Tet Sum Vay", applied electronic administration so that workers can look up policies quickly and transparently.

The Labor Union of Lion Core Vietnam Industrial Co., Ltd. (Dong Mai Industrial Park) presented support to Mr. Tran The Duong.

Lion Core Vietnam Industrial Co., Ltd. (Dong Mai Industrial Park) was established only 4 years ago, and the Company's Trade Union has affirmed its role of standing side by side with the workers. The Trade Union has just mobilized nearly 40 million VND to support Mr. Tran The Duong (Punching Department) whose son has a serious illness. Mr. Duong shared: "That concern has helped my family overcome this difficulty."

Ms. Dao Thi Thuy, Chairwoman of the Company's Trade Union, said: The Trade Union coordinates with the Company's Board of Directors to develop policies to increase income, organize periodic dialogues, support union members in difficulty; apply reward and seniority bonuses to retain employees.

Trade Union of FDI enterprises has   t becomes a bridge between employees and business owners, promptly grasping, reflecting, and resolving aspirations; ensuring rights through collective bargaining, signing agreements with many incentives superior to regulations; spreading the spirit of sharing through support activities when workers encounter difficulties, illness, accidents, etc. FDI enterprise trade unions are not only representative organizations, but also spiritual support, creating motivation for employees to stay with the enterprise for a long time.

In the context of Quang Ninh strongly attracting FDI capital, the trade unions of foreign-invested enterprises need to promote their roles, innovate methods, and closely connect with union members. When all three parties: Trade Union, government and enterprises join hands, workers will be comprehensively cared for, contributing to building a quality workforce, meeting the requirements of sustainable development of the province.
