Currently, Quach Pham Commune has 1,596 households classified as families entitled to preferential policies and those who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution. Recognizing that showing gratitude and appreciation is a crucial and ongoing political task, the local authorities have focused on implementing many comprehensive solutions to better care for the lives of these individuals.

The preferential policies and regulations of the Party and State are fully and promptly implemented by the commune. Monthly allowance payments are ensured; the issuance of health insurance cards, healthcare, and the resolution of arising issues are always given attention, contributing to protecting the legitimate rights of those who have rendered meritorious service. Simultaneously, activities of gratitude are maintained regularly and are becoming increasingly meaningful. On holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year), especially on the Day of War Invalids and Martyrs (July 27th), the locality organizes visits and gift-giving, expressing deep gratitude and sharing with families of policy beneficiaries .
