Vietnam has 2 teams participating in DIFF

DIFF 2025 is scheduled to take place from May 31 to July 12, 2025 at the Han River port area (in front of Novotel Hotel, Bach Dang Street). This is also the first year that the organizers have increased the number of performances from 5 nights to 6 nights with 10 participating teams, an increase of 2 teams compared to previous years. The most notable point is that the host country Vietnam has two representatives participating. In addition to the Da Nang 1 team (Danang fireworks team) that has participated in DIFF since 2008, this year, Vietnam will have an additional fireworks team from the 21 Chemical Company Limited, Ministry of Defense (Z121 Vina Pyrotech - Vietnam Ministry of Defense).

Although a “rookie” at DIFF, Z121 Vina Pyrotech will be an unpredictable unknown at DIFF 2025. This fireworks team has nearly 30 years of experience in manufacturing and exporting fireworks. Since its establishment, Z121 Vina Pyrotech has been serving local festivals, national events as well as expanding to the international market, including producing many types of fireworks for use at Japan's largest amusement parks.

In addition to the participation of 2 teams from Vietnam, DIFF 2025 is waiting for the return of fireworks teams from Finland and Poland. These are fireworks teams familiar with DIFF and the reigning champion of DIFF 2024, Joho Pyro Professional Fireworks AB of Finland is expected to bring a fierce competition to the opening night of DIFF 2025 with team Da Nang 1.

Continuing its strength in music and light, the fireworks team from Finland will entertain the audience with a performance from water cannons with many special effects. Meanwhile, the fireworks team Firma Rodzinna - Surex from Poland is still considered a mysterious factor bringing surprises to the performance. In 2023, Poland made the audience burst into tears with a fireworks display of music and emotions, winning the Most Creative award.

More "new recruits"

Participating in DIFF for the first time, the two fireworks teams Faseecom from Korea and Macedos Pirotecnia LDA from Portugal are considered formidable opponents at DIFF 2025, because they come from the world's fireworks powerhouses.

With a long history of 89 years in the Portuguese fireworks industry, the Macedos Pirotecnia team's performances combine advanced technology with traditional craftsmanship, creating spectacular fireworks effects. The Portuguese team representative revealed: "We use typical Portuguese fireworks such as shells, vulcans, comets, Roman candles, big explosions, fountains and many other special effects".

As for the fireworks team from Korea, although only established in 2003, Faseecom Company Limited has been constantly developing. With a young team, the team has accumulated extensive knowledge, excellent staging skills and the ability to organize customer-friendly events.

According to the organizers, with that history, audiences in Da Nang can look forward to a light party combined with unique Korean music in the performances. This year is also the first year that the Jiangxi Yangfeng fireworks team from China participates in DIFF. Although still young, with the application of advanced fireworks equipment, the Jiangxi Yangfeng fireworks team is expected to bring the audience professional, high-quality performances.

As a company specializing in the design and production of artistic fireworks displays, the Orion Fireworks team from Canada has performed more than 150 fireworks shows each year in Canada and internationally. With a specialty in pyromusical fireworks displays, Orion Fireworks uses the FireOne fireworks display system, which helps synchronize pyromusical fireworks displays with an accuracy of one-tenth of a second, making it well worth the wait for DIFF 2025 audiences.

In addition to the new recruits participating in DIFF for the first time, Da Nang welcomes the return of the Pyrotex Fireworx fireworks team from the UK. After a romantic performance at DIFF 2023, this year, a representative of Pyrotex Fireworx affirmed: “Our fireworks display will be meticulously performed, creatively and professionally. We are confident in bringing the audience a unique and wonderful experience.”

Similarly, with the second prize in 2023 and the audience's choice prize in 2024, the Italian fireworks team Martarello Group SRL is considered a strong competitor at DIFF 2025. With nearly 100 years of experience, this fireworks team will bring many surprises to Da Nang audiences to extend its series of achievements at DIFF.
