The 2025 Da Nang International Fireworks Festival has 10 participating teams, including: Vietnam 1, Vietnam 2, Finland, Poland, Canada, China, Portugal, England, Korea and Italy competing for 6 nights from May 31 to July 12, 2025. The Da Nang City Border Guard is assigned to take charge of ensuring security and safety of the water surface area; coordinate with functional forces to ensure security and safety of the onshore area during the festival; propagate to people, vehicle owners, and businesses in the management area to comply with regulations so that the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival takes place safely and successfully. The officers and soldiers of the Da Nang City Border Guard have identified their tasks well, overcome difficulties, and promoted experience from previous years, so they have excellently completed their assigned tasks.

Accordingly, the Da Nang City Border Guard organized the installation of a pontoon bridge and emergency exit system in the grandstand area, ensuring the transportation of leaders, the Organizing Committee, Consultants, and competition teams when requested; ensuring convenience for rescue work when an emergency situation occurs.

The Da Nang City Border Guard has mobilized 150 boats/930 soldiers to carry out propaganda, mobilization, and clean the water surface, especially from the Han River bridge to Thuan Phuoc bridge, and requested 650 vehicles to move to designated locations. One boat/5 officers and soldiers are on duty to regularly observe the Han River to promptly detect and handle anchored boats and ships that affect the fiber optic cable connecting the stands and the shooting range.

On May 31, June 7, June 14, June 21, June 28 and July 12, the Da Nang City Border Guard deployed 26 ships and boats/200 officers and soldiers to ensure security and safety of the water surface in the fireworks display area; 23 officers went on tourist boats to operate and guide tourist vehicle owners to strictly comply with regulations on anchoring locations, ensuring safety during the transportation of passengers watching the fireworks. The Da Nang City Border Guard Command also assigned officers to work at the Emergency Response Command Center to quickly handle any situations that may arise; established a permanent mobile platoon ready for combat, ready to maneuver to handle any situations...

On this occasion, the Da Nang City Border Guard Command awarded Certificates of Merit to 19 collectives and individuals who had outstanding achievements in performing the task of ensuring security and safety for the 2025 Da Nang International Fireworks Festival.
