Le Minh Duc, a 9A5 student at Ngo Si Lien Secondary School (Hoan Kiem, Hanoi), has just been honored by the school with high results in the entrance exam to the High School for the Gifted in Natural Sciences (Hanoi National University).
In the recent 10th grade entrance exam, Duc achieved the following scores: Literature 8.5; Math 1: 7.5; English 9.75; IT 10, valedictorian of the specialized IT class at the High School for Natural Sciences.
Sharing with Dan Tri reporter, Ms. Nguyen Ha My, literature teacher, homeroom teacher of Minh Duc's class 9A5, said that Duc is a well-rounded student, good at all subjects. In particular, he has a passion for physics and computer science.

In particular, Duc is a very good student, caring, attentive, and supportive of teachers. At the recent graduation ceremony, when Duc represented the 9th grade students to give a speech, the principal and many teachers were moved to tears.
"Duc was the squad leader for 4 consecutive years, trusted and loved by his friends, always a trustworthy, mature friend, and knows how to help friends," said Ms. Ha My.
During his 4 years at school, Duc won the Ngo Si Lien scholarship for 8 consecutive terms with many outstanding achievements: 1 gold prize and 1 bronze prize in the Central Highlands Informatics Olympiad; 2nd prize in Informatics in the city's excellent student contest in cultural and scientific subjects for two consecutive years; 2nd prize in Math and 2nd prize in Informatics in the city-level HTMIO contest; 2 times won first prize in the district for excellent student in Informatics; 1st prize in Informatics for district-level youth; 2nd prize in Informatics for non-specialized youth at the city level; 3rd prize in Phimo Mathematics...
