Chief of the Central Party Office Nguyen Hai Ninh

Comrade Nguyen Hai Ninh, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Minister of Justice for the 2021-2026 term, has been transferred, assigned, and appointed to the position of Chief of the Central Party Office.

On April 8, 2026, at the Party Central Headquarters, the Politburo held a conference to announce the Politburo's decision on personnel matters.

Comrade Nguyen Hai Ninh, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Minister of Justice for the 2021-2026 term, has ceased his participation in the Executive Committee of the Government Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; he has been transferred, assigned, and appointed to the position of Chief of the Central Party Office.
