On the afternoon of March 16, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department (PC07) of Ho Chi Minh City Police said it had just rescued 6 people trapped in a hotel fire in Thu Duc City.

Initial information, at 2:53 p.m. the same day, PC07 received a report of a fire at a hotel on Hoang Huu Nam Street (Long Thanh My Ward, Thu Duc City), so they mobilized many specialized vehicles and officers and soldiers to the scene. Upon arrival, the authorities rescued 6 people trapped inside, including 2 children.

More than 30 minutes later, the fire was completely extinguished. According to PC07, the apartment on the 3rd floor of the hotel burned about 13 square meters along with some mattresses, tables, chairs, wooden cabinets...
The cause of the fire is being investigated by the police.
