Romain Bouffe Tout - a French YouTuber famous for his passion for exploring Asian cuisine , especially Vietnamese dishes. He has spent a lot of time and effort experiencing everything from street food at affordable prices to Vietnamese food that has been created into a high-end version with expensive prices.
Among Vietnamese dishes, pho is always on Romain's list of favorites. Having lived and worked in Vietnam for many years, the French guest has tasted pho in many regions.

Recently, during his last meal in Vietnam before flying to Thailand, he decided to try pho at Tan Son Nhat airport (HCMC) to see what special flavor it had.
"I am about to leave Vietnam to continue my new journey of discovery . This means that my last meal in Vietnam may be at the airport," he said.
He observed that inside the airport there were many restaurants serving pho, from chicken pho, beef pho, to seafood pho with various prices. Depending on the meal, it would range from nearly 90,000 VND to 150,000 VND.
After walking around the airport looking for restaurants, he came across a sign advertising a large Wagyu beef pho dish and decided to try it. It was a pho shop with a rather prominent design, located right on the first floor of the airport.
Wanting to experience the full flavor, Romain ordered the Wagyu beef pho for $21 (VND550,000). The French guest’s first impression was a bowl of pho served in a giant size, true to its name.
According to the shop's introduction, the pho restaurant uses fresh pho noodles, premium Australian beef, and a broth that is slowly simmered for many hours to create a natural sweetness.
The bowl of pho is full of familiar ingredients, cooked in the flavor of Southern pho with beef balls, chicken, slices of Wagyu beef served with herbs and bean sprouts. According to the photo shared by the customer, viewers can see that the broth is not clear.
The customer’s first experience with Wagyu beef pho was not entirely satisfactory. He tasted the first bite and found it chewy. But the next bites were better.
As for the beef balls, the customer was pleased because the texture of the dish was softer and more fatty than some other types of beef balls he had ever tasted. The pho noodles were fresh and the broth was rich.
Finally, he still highly appreciated the meal at the airport because the most impressive thing was the delicious broth. On a scale of 10, Romain rated the dish 8. Compared to the full meal, the guest commented that it was suitable for people with a large appetite.

It is known that this is a familiar pho restaurant for many people when coming to Tan Son Nhat airport. The pho brand opened its first restaurant at this airport in 2012.
Many food forums have featured articles debating the price and quality of the food here. The restaurant’s menu is quite extensive, serving not only beef pho, chicken pho, and vermicelli with grilled pork, but also fried spring rolls, fried chicken wings, rice, and various drinks.
As for pho, the restaurant divides it into different sizes, with the cheapest being beef ball pho at nearly VND90,000/serving. The most expensive is the special Wagyu beef pho, listed at USD21 (VND550,000).
This price is considered higher than the average price of a normal bowl of pho. However, it is explained that the cost of renting a space at the airport, transportation, and labor is also high, causing the price to be pushed up.
The ingredients used for Pho are Australian beef and delicious chicken. Pho is cooked in the traditional method with beef bone broth that has a natural sweet taste, combined with star anise, cardamom, grilled ginger and onion...
