The Military Technical Academy has 360 military enrollment targets in 2025, including 180 targets for training abroad, 5 targets for training at non-military schools and 175 targets for training at the Academy (including 30 targets for training two high-quality engineering majors: Information and Information Systems Security); The admission combination is A00 (Math, Physics, Chemistry) and A01 (Math, Physics, English).
In 2025, the Military Technical Academy will resume civilian enrollment after many years of stopping enrollment in this system. The enrollment scope is nationwide, according to the Regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training .
The Academy said it has 600 civilian enrollment quotas, university training with 8 majors. The admission combination is A00 (Math, Physics, Chemistry) and A01 (Math, Physics, English). Quotas for each major are as follows:
1. Information technology: 60 indicators
2. Computer Science : 60 targets (Artificial Intelligence Training Program)
3. Information security: 60 indicators
4. Electronics and telecommunications engineering: 160 targets (including two training programs: Electronics and telecommunications engineering; Microchip design and embedded systems)
5. Control and automation engineering: 80 indicators
6. Mechatronics Engineering: 60 credits
7. Mechanical engineering: 60 points
8. Construction engineering: 60 indicators
For civil training, in 2025, in addition to 600 university training targets, in 2025 the Academy will also have 25 doctoral training targets and 130 master's training targets.
In particular, the Academy said that according to Decision No. 1017/QD-TTg dated September 21, 2024 of the Prime Minister, the Military Technical Academy is one of 18 public higher education institutions given priority to consider investing in a basic-level semiconductor laboratory to serve the training of human resources in the semiconductor industry.
