Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee agrees that provincial departments, agencies, and organizations, as well as the People's Committees of communes and wards, may pay salaries, wages, remuneration, allowances, living expenses, regular monthly support, and contributions for May 2026 in April and ensure payment before the 51st anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day and International Labor Day on May 1st for officials, civil servants, and employees (including those seconded to work at associations), support staff at associations assigned tasks by the Party and State, employees in administrative and public service agencies, political organizations, and socio-political organizations; non-professional workers in communes, wards, hamlets, and neighborhoods; those directly participating in activities in hamlets and neighborhoods; those receiving remuneration and wages; militia members receiving position allowances and daily labor allowances; and social work collaborators in communes and wards. Members of the local security and order team receive regular monthly support from the state budget.
Early payments not only contribute to stabilizing livelihoods and enabling beneficiaries to celebrate the holidays joyfully and fully, but are also expected to stimulate consumption and tourism, thereby boosting local economic growth during the peak holiday season.
The Provincial People's Committee requests that all units and localities promptly implement the plan, ensuring that payments are made to the correct recipients, according to regulations, and in a timely manner.
