The program has popularized online safety skills for students, how to identify tricks, enticements, and manipulations in cyberspace, and how to respond and handle dangerous situations. The police have provided many direct interactive situations to help students better understand sophisticated scams in the online environment, thereby forming reflexes to protect themselves and their friends.
This is an activity in response to the national “Not Alone” Campaign - an initiative of the Digital Trust Alliance, sponsored by the United Nations agency responsible for drug and crime prevention and control and Vietnamese ministries and branches, in response to the Hanoi Convention on Cybercrime Prevention and Control.

“The campaign aims to raise awareness among students about cybercrime, especially the recent widespread 'online kidnapping' scheme. This will help students gain the skills to identify, prevent and know how to handle situations when they are lured by these subjects.”
The campaign "Not alone", "Online safety together" was deployed by Quang Ngai Provincial Police at educational institutions in the province, taking place from October 7 to 12, 2025. The campaign aims to build a safe and humane online environment and spread the message "No one is left alone in the digital space"./.
