On the morning of June 10, President To Lam and the central and Cao Bang provincial delegations attended the groundbreaking ceremony for Pac Bo Kindergarten in Truong Ha commune, Ha Quang district.

At the ceremony, the leaders of Ha Quang district reported to the President on the socio -economic situation of the district. Accordingly, from the beginning of the year, the district has directed to focus on and synchronously implement 16 socio-economic development targets; focused on directing 3 national target programs in the area. Implementing the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, there are 2,248 houses that are eligible for support according to the province's approval, so far 820 houses have been implemented. Regarding education and training, the district has 74 schools from kindergarten to high school. However, some schools have old and degraded facilities that do not meet standards. Among them is Pac Bo Kindergarten. The school was separated from Pac Bo Primary School, with many shortages and difficulties in organizing activities for children.

Speaking at the ceremony, President To Lam expressed his joy to visit the famous revolutionary site associated with Uncle Ho, associated with the revolutionary history of the Party and State; at the same time, he witnessed the changes in the lives of the people here, and saw the key projects and works of the province that have brought positive results, contributing to improving the lives of local people.

Praising and appreciating the efforts of the Party Committee and local authorities, the President emphasized that economic development, ensuring national defense and security have been implemented very well by authorities at all levels, but on the other hand, it is still necessary to ensure improving people's lives, so that no one is left behind, especially families, people with meritorious services, and families in difficult circumstances.

The President reiterated that during his lifetime, beloved Uncle Ho always paid attention to the work of caring for the education of young people and this is also a task that the Party and the State always pay attention to so that all children can go to school and benefit from the achievements of the revolution. Therefore, improving the quality of education and training is a very important task, in which attention should be paid right from preschool levels, while creating a suitable entertainment environment for children. The President requested local Party committees and authorities to pay more attention to the work of education and training; continue to promote the revolutionary tradition, maintain political security, social order and safety, and unite in patriotic emulation. I wish all students to always be good and study well, strive to become useful citizens for the Fatherland.
