The Provincial People's Committee requests investors to carry out procedures to terminate project activities and fully perform procedures regarding obligations to the State in accordance with the provisions of law.

Provincial leaders assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to guide investors in carrying out procedures to terminate project activities.

It is known that these are projects that have been granted investment policies by Quang Binh province for many years, some projects were even granted for the first time in 2015 and 2016.

However, for nearly 10 years, the implementation of these projects has been almost "at a standstill". The Department of Planning and Investment has proposed that the Provincial People's Committee take a drastic solution of revoking and terminating the project's operations.
