- (TN&MT) - On December 1, in Dubai, Vietnam officially announced the Resource Mobilization Plan to implement the Political Declaration on the Establishment of the Just Energy Transition Partnership (JETP) at COP28 together with the International Partnership Group, including the European Union, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the United States of America, Japan, the Federal Republic of Germany, the French Republic, the Italian Republic, Canada, the Kingdom of Denmark and the Kingdom of Norway (abbreviated as IPG).
