The Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union of the Hoang Mai Center for Vocational Education and Continuing Education mentioned the use of electronic cigarettes among young people, considering this a "painful issue that requires coordination between schools, families and authorities". Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen propaganda and organize direct education seminars to prevent social evils and build a healthy school environment.

The residential area youth unions also made many recommendations related to the local reality. "Young people now are more attached to technology. How can we make them find Union activities more attractive? We hope to have more digital interactive activities and environmental campaigns associated with cyberspace to attract young people."

Representatives of the youth of residential group 8 proposed that the ward have policies to support employment, especially for young people returning from the army. Many people hope to be guided to connect with businesses and create stable jobs. In addition, there are also suggestions to create conditions for loans to develop the economy and support young people to start businesses.

Acknowledging the opinions and recommendations of union members and youth, Chairman of the Ward People's Committee Nguyen Van Duc said: the ward always considers youth as the central force in the transformation process, and the opinions at the conference will be synthesized to be immediately implemented with specific actions.

On this occasion, Chairman of the Ward People's Committee Nguyen Van Duc directly answered and discussed a number of contents.

Specifically, regarding the field of education and school union work, the ward will coordinate with schools to review and create conditions regarding time and place of activities for union members and young teachers; at the same time, statistics on the teacher needs of schools will be collected to propose to the Department of Home Affairs to organize recruitment exams to help young teachers feel secure in their work.

Regarding the group of issues of moral education and social evil prevention in schools, the ward leaders affirmed that they will direct the ward police and the Youth Union to organize the topic "Youth say no to electronic cigarettes", making this content a regular activity at schools to form a healthy lifestyle and awareness of law compliance among students.

Regarding environmental protection and building a civilized urban lifestyle, the Chairman of the Ward People's Committee said that he has assigned the urban force, the Ward Police and residential groups to strengthen inspection and handling of illegal dumping sites; at the same time, installing surveillance cameras in areas where violations are frequent. At the same time, the ward will launch the movement "Each Youth Union branch has a green - clean - beautiful street", with youth union members as the core.

In response to comments on living infrastructure and traffic safety, the ward will survey and propose a plan to renovate the Khuyen Luong dike slope - where people have reported danger - to ensure safety; at the same time, plan to upgrade the residential group meeting house, creating more living, sports and entertainment space for children and teenagers.

Regarding employment and support for young people starting a business, the Chairman of the Ward People's Committee informed that the total outstanding loan balance of the Social Policy Bank in the area has reached more than 8 billion VND, in which many cases are young people starting a business. In the coming time, the ward will expand preferential loan packages for green economic models, creative startups, and at the same time coordinate with businesses and career centers to organize digital skills and vocational skills training classes for young people.

Regarding digital transformation and traffic culture, the ward assigned the Youth Union to coordinate with the ward police to deploy the topic "Youth with traffic culture", at the same time, requiring 100% of union members to activate electronic identification, participate in guiding people to use digital platforms such as VNeID, iHanoi, Etaxmobile, contributing to spreading the spirit of "digital citizens, digital wards".

Expressing his impression of the young people's opinions at the dialogue, Chairman of Linh Nam Ward People's Committee Nguyen Van Duc frankly admitted that there were questions from the union members that made him "confused" and that he would research to find solutions. But in general, "Each opinion today is as valuable as a small brick contributing to building the common house of the ward. The government will always accompany, create conditions and work with the youth to turn ideas into concrete actions," Comrade Nguyen Van Duc emphasized.
