
The road is about 500m long, of which more than 450m is concreted, the road surface is 1.5m wide; the iron bridge is 14m long and 1.8m wide. The project started on November 2, interrupted for 2 days due to the impact of storm No. 13. Participating in the road construction were 200 officers and soldiers of Division 10, along with the commune militia and local people; at the peak, up to 300 people contributed.
Currently, Division 10 is continuing to complete some sub-items such as drainage ditches, rock gabion revetments to reinforce two bridge piers to hand over to local management.
In addition to this route, the 10th Division's forces also supported clearing landslides in residential areas, production areas, and commune roads that machinery could not access.

On the same morning, Mr. A Phuong - Secretary of the Party Committee of Ngoc Linh Commune - and local people directly inspected and drove motorbikes on the newly opened road to the 5 isolated villages.
Mr. A Phuong said that after the landslide isolated 5 villages, people had difficulty traveling, had to walk across streams on sunny days, and were almost isolated on rainy days. The temporary road was completed to make traveling, transporting agricultural products, and picking up and dropping off students more convenient while waiting for approval of the permanent road. Ngoc Linh commune named this temporary road Quan Dan Road, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity and joint efforts of the army and people in overcoming the consequences of natural disasters.

As reported, on the morning of October 28, a serious landslide occurred in the mountainous area of Ngoc Nang village (Ngoc Linh commune) after a loud explosion, cutting off the main traffic route, completely isolating 5 villages in the commune.
