Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Xuan Anh attended the 29th expanded meeting of the Provincial Police Party Executive Committee.

On April 2, the Provincial Police Party Committee held the 29th expanded meeting of the Provincial Police Party Committee Executive Committee, reviewing the work of the first quarter and deploying tasks for the second quarter of 2025. Attending the meeting were comrade Hoang Xuan Anh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee. Colonel Vu Hong Quang, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Police Department chaired the meeting.

The conference assessed the situation and results of the first quarter's work; agreed on the direction and tasks of the second quarter of 2025 of the Provincial Police Party Committee and the Provincial Police Party Committee's Inspection Committee; announced the results of the evaluation and classification of the Provincial Police Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, and announced the decision to commend and award certificates of merit of the Standing Committee of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee to the Cao Bang Provincial Police Party Committee for its excellent completion of typical tasks in 2024.

In the first quarter, the Provincial Police Party Committee closely followed the resolutions and work programs set out, proactively advised and proposed to Party committees and authorities at all levels to issue many policies and solutions to direct and promptly handle all aspects of security and order work; not allowing "hot spots" and complications to occur. The security and order situation was maintained and stable. The police force effectively implemented the peak of attacking and suppressing crimes, ensuring security and order for the Lunar New Year 2025. The rate of investigation and solving cases reached 100%; proactively detected and fought against all types of crimes. The work of building forces and building a movement for the entire people to protect national security was promoted, promoting the strength of the entire political system in building the People's Police force, ensuring security, order, and preventing and combating crimes. Party building work is focused on, consolidating, perfecting and improving the fighting capacity of Party organizations and Party members.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Hoang Xuan Anh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and commended the results achieved by the Provincial Police force in the first quarter. At the same time, he requested the Provincial Police Party Committee to continue to proactively and actively advise the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee to lead, direct, thoroughly grasp and concretize the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on ensuring security and order, building the People's Police force; perform well the task of maintaining security and order after perfecting the organizational apparatus, deploying new functions and tasks. Advise on maintaining and performing well the tasks of Project 06 and digital transformation tasks. Prepare well the conditions for organizing Party Congresses at all levels in the Provincial Police, term 2025 - 2030. Strengthen all aspects of political work, ideology, regulations, tighten discipline and order; Proactively and actively participate in the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the area. Strengthen the work of grasping the situation, strictly managing the area, strongly fighting against all types of criminal, drug, economic, corruption, high-tech crimes, etc., striving to exceed the set work targets.

Speaking at the conclusion of the conference, Colonel Vu Hong Quang, Director of the Provincial Police Department, requested the members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, leaders of the Provincial Police Department, members of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Police Department according to the assigned fields, areas, and units to focus on leading and directing the drastic and effective implementation of key tasks in the coming time.
