Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Duy Dong wishes businesses a Happy New Year

On the morning of January 21, comrade Tran Duy Dong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee visited and extended New Year greetings to enterprises including Toyota Vietnam Automobile Company, BHFlex Vina Co., Ltd., and Vinh Phuc Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025. Accompanying them were representatives of leaders of a number of provincial departments and branches.

In 3 decades of investing in Vinh Phuc, Toyota Vietnam Automobile Company has always maintained the leading position in sales in the market with more than 68,100 vehicles in 2024, an increase of more than 9,000 vehicles compared to 2023; exported spare parts and components reaching nearly 65 million USD; contributed nearly 875 million USD to the state budget, creating jobs for more than 1,000 workers. Currently, the company has 60 component suppliers, of which 11 suppliers are operating in the province, contributing to raising the localization rate to more than 43%. The company proposed that the province pay attention to supporting market expansion, reducing some taxes, fees, and registration fees.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Duy Dong highly appreciated Toyota Vietnam Automobile Company as a leading enterprise, contributing greatly to the provincial budget, creating many jobs and actively participating in social security activities.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also highly appreciated the company's 2025 plan to move the entire office headquarters to Vinh Phuc. The province will direct departments, branches and Phuc Yen city to create the most favorable conditions for the company.

Regarding the company's proposals, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Duy Dong said that the province will ask relevant ministries and branches to support the company in producing Hybrid cars and reducing registration tax in a suitable time. He suggested that the company soon have a plan to switch to assembling Hybrid cars, contributing to reducing CO2 emissions, implementing emission reduction according to Vietnam's commitment.

Visiting and wishing a Happy New Year to BHFlex Vina Co., Ltd., Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Duy Dong was impressed with the company's 20% growth rate compared to 2023 and appreciated the company for always expanding its investment, making important contributions to the province's socio -economic development, and requested the company to continue to pay attention to increasing workers' income. Regarding the issue of VAT refund, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Duy Dong said that the province will propose to relevant ministries and branches to consider and resolve promptly.

Wishing a Happy New Year to Vinh Phuc Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Duy Dong assessed the company as a typical enterprise of the province, with revenue continuously increasing over the years, reaching more than 830 billion VND in 2024 alone, an increase of 6% compared to 2023, creating jobs for 700 workers with an average salary of more than 17 million VND/person/month.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Duy Dong believes that with 66 years of tradition of construction and development, Vinh Phuc Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company will increasingly develop, become a bright spot of the national health sector, a science and technology enterprise, contributing more and more to the socio-economic development of the province, together with Vinh Phuc province striving to achieve the target of double-digit growth in 2025.
