At the Congress, the Central Organizing Committee announced the Politburo's Decisions on appointing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Secretary, and Deputy Secretaries of the Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term. Accordingly, there are 83 delegates participating in the Executive Committee and 24 delegates participating in the Standing Committee.

The results achieved in the past term have changed the face of the new Vinh Long province, bringing new potential and strength, opening an important milestone, creating favorable conditions for Vinh Long province to confidently enter the 2025-2030 term.

Entering a new term, our country is on a journey to become a developing country with modern industry and high average income by 2030 and a developed country with high income by 2045.

The new Vinh Long province after the merger has opened up a wider development space, but also set new requirements for development goals. In that context, the development direction of the province must converge three basic requirements: First, effectively exploiting the potential advantages; second, thoroughly overcoming long-standing bottlenecks; third, flexibly adapting to the era of digital transformation, international integration and climate change. In that spirit, I basically agree with the directions and tasks of the upcoming term of the Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee."
