On September 20, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong province Ho Van Muoi led a working delegation of the province to survey and inspect a number of works and projects in Duc Trong, Ninh Gia, Di Linh, Gia Hiep communes and Bao Loc area.

According to the schedule, in the morning of the same day, the delegation inspected the projects, including the Administrative Center - Duc Trong Square, the residential area project south of Da Nhim River, Phu Binh Industrial Park; the complexof tourism , services , culture, sports , golf course and residential area next to Dong Nai 1 hydroelectric lake; the Eco Grand Land model rural residential area project.

On the same afternoon, the delegation inspected the Bobla tourist area project in Di Linh commune and works and projects in Bao Loc area, including 4-5 star hotel service complex, high-quality hospital project and ecological urban area project, resort tourism, entertainment services Nam Phuong lake 1 and 2.

At the projects, the investors reported to the Working Group on the progress of implementation; difficulties and obstacles and made proposals to continue implementing the projects on schedule and with quality.

Bobla tourist area project has a total area of nearly 110 hectares, with a total investment of 475 billion VND.

In a direct discussion with relevant departments, localities and investors of works and projects, Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi emphasized that each project is very important to the socio-economic development of the province; therefore, specialized departments, localities and investors should closely coordinate to remove difficulties and obstacles to implement highly feasible projects.

He requested departments, branches and localities to select capable and qualified investors and contractors to promote advantages and avoid wasting resources. To facilitate investors, he requested departments and branches to coordinate well with localities to review and complete related procedures, such as master planning, detailed planning , etc.; carefully consider to remove difficulties for projects. He emphasized that each problem of enterprises and investors must be resolved promptly; each specific task must be quickly resolved to avoid waste.
