Bobla Tourist Area Project has a total area of nearly 110 hectares, located in Bao Loc commune ( Lam Dong ). The project is divided into 2 phases, with a total investment of 475 billion VND.
In phase 1, the investor focuses on building the internal traffic infrastructure system, power supply system, water supply system, drainage system, fire prevention and fighting system. This phase includes architectural works such as: tourist area symbol, rest house, parking lot, bridge over stream, traffic road.

Phase 2 includes: Internal traffic system, electricity supply, water supply, drainage. Main architectural works such as: Wedding conference center, children's play area, swimming pool, tennis court, zoo, villa area, cinema, spa area.

Up to now, all items of phase 1 have been completed and put into operation to serve the tourism needs of the people. However, all items of phase 2 have not been implemented. Compared to the plan, the project is about 20 months behind schedule.

The reason for the delay was explained by the investor as being due to problems with site clearance. Many households were granted land use right certificates since 1997. Up to now, the land use boundaries have changed, so it is necessary to measure and adjust land records. The implementation of legal procedures on land, planning... has been prolonged, affecting the project's progress.

“We are continuing to work with departments and agencies to extend the project implementation progress. This will be the basis for the unit to carry out the following legal procedures such as: 1/500 detailed planning procedures, construction permit procedures”, Mr. Tran Nguyen Van, Director of Bao Loc Tourism Joint Stock Company - the project investor shared.

Directing at the inspection session, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Muoi emphasized: The project is facing difficulties in the extension of progress time. The Department of Finance is the focal point to coordinate with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to summarize the difficulties and obstacles of enterprises, and gradually remove the extension procedures for enterprises.
Every problem of the business must be solved step by step. Each specific task must be solved quickly, saving time for the business during operation.
