Art performance program to celebrate the success of August Revolution and National Day September 2nd

On the evening of August 27, at Vinh Long University of Technical Education, the Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Long Chau ward coordinated with Vinh Long University of Technical Education and Vinh Long Cultural Center to organize an art performance program to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), welcoming the success of the 1st Congress of Long Chau ward Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.

At the program, more than 100 professional and amateur artists from units and localities performed 16 solo, duet, group singing, singing and dancing and folk dances. The content praised the Party, beloved Uncle Ho, love for the homeland and country, historical figures associated with the struggle for national liberation and development of the homeland and country.

Through this program, we aim to affirm the position, great stature, and great historical value of the successful August Revolution and the birth of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, now the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, under the wise leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam . At the same time, we contribute to educating the nation's tradition and morality of "When drinking water, remember its source"; honor and show gratitude to the heroic martyrs, comrades, and compatriots who heroically sacrificed and devoted their lives to the cause of national liberation and reunification.
