Before the art program, city leaders pressed the button to open Dong Hoi Culture and Tourism Week 2025.
For more than 80 minutes, delegates and audiences enjoyed a special art program consisting of 3 parts: Converging Wonders - Connecting Journeys; Brilliant Colors - Melody of the Four Directions and Symphony of the Sea, Flowers and New Opportunities, with the participation of domestic artists, singers and artists, and mass art cores in Dong Hoi City.
