Attending the art program were comrades: Ton Ngoc Hanh, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Thai Bao, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Tran Trung Nhan, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee; Nguyen Thi Hoang, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Ho Van Ha, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of leaders of departments, branches, sectors, unions; leaders of wards, communes, armed forces units and people from all walks of life.

With the theme: Dong Nai continues to write its golden history - Firmly entering a new era, the art program was performed by the Binh Phuoc Ethnic Song and Dance Troupe and Dong Nai Art Theater with 15 unique song and dance performances such as: Lac Hong Bloodline; The Party's Call to the Heart; The Power of Unity; Vietnam, Let's Keep Moving; Dong Nai River Sings; The Sound of Pestle on Soc Bom Bo; Dong Nai Firmly Steps into the Future...

The artworks praise the spirit of solidarity and unity of the Party and people, praise the love for the homeland and people of Dong Nai and Binh Phuoc.

In particular, the program featured an impressive fireworks display. The activities aimed to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere throughout the province; arouse the spirit of solidarity, trust and consensus among cadres, party members, and people of Dong Nai province, and communes and wards that officially came into operation. Thereby, contributing to promoting the image of a dynamic, united, innovative, and sustainably developing Dong Nai to people inside and outside the province.
