VIMC Training Transfer Program Season 1: Enhancing human resources, Building the future
In the context of the Vietnamese maritime industry developing strongly and facing many challenges from the international market, training and developing high-quality human resources has become a key factor determining the success of enterprises. Recognizing this importance, Vietnam National Shipping Lines ( VIMC ) has launched a staff training transfer program to improve the quality of human resources and practical experience, while contributing to strengthening the connection between the Corporation and its member enterprises.
Trainee Tran Quoc Nguyen from Da Nang Port shared: “The past six months have been an extremely valuable time for me. Not only have I learned a lot of new knowledge, but I have also had the opportunity to connect with colleagues from all over the VIMC system.
