With innovative technology solutions based on core technologies such as AI, Big Data, Blockchain, RPA..., we are committed to bringing the power of connection, working hand in hand with the government , organizations, people, and businesses to transform the entire digital process in the future, towards three core values of intelligent service, deep understanding and maximum benefits".
To realize the new mission on a global scale, FPT strives to have one million employees participating in the digital transformation journey by 2035, that is, 13 years from now. At the same time, satisfy customers with the quality of FPT's products and services and their feelings for FPT. FPT will help people feel happy with understanding and thoughtful care. If that was impossible before, now data intelligence allows FPT to understand each person and serve them in a way that they themselves cannot do.
According to Mr. Binh, happiness is being understood and cared for. Today's technology will understand and care for people best. Human life has 6 stages: from childhood to studying, starting a career, starting a family, working in an office and entering society and the future. At each of these stages, technology will be attached to and support people.
"For a happy childhood, children need to eat, learn and receive health care. These activities will be more interesting and safer when applying Metaverse and AI. Technology applied in agriculture and e-commerce helps bring safe food to children. Technology helps the healthcare system become more advanced and intelligent, children have the right to equal health care," Mr. Binh gave an example.
In addition, the head of FPT, Chairman of the Board of Directors Truong Gia Binh also raised the general question of FPT's mission and technology in the new normal: "Covid-19 struck like a disaster. Businesses closed, workers lost their jobs, and life was turned upside down. It is in this time of Covid-19 that we realize that technology has a new mission, technology for humanity. Technology for human life".
Previously, more than 3,000 businesses in Vietnam have accessed the FPT eCovax program - a digital vaccine for businesses to increase resistance, cope with the pandemic, ensure uninterrupted production and business in any situation, proactively adapt to all fluctuations and be ready to break through and rise up.
With these achievements, Mr. Binh believes that with technology, people can safely adapt to the epidemic. With technology, businesses can rebuild all management, operation, and business activities to accelerate and make breakthroughs.
