In particular, the application of information technology in heritage management and economic development has made Ninh Binh a pioneer in combining conservation and development.

Mr. Hai shared: “Digital transformation is the key to opening up new opportunities for innovative startups. We are striving to create a favorable environment for startups to take full advantage of technology, thereby promoting the development of the startup ecosystem in Ninh Binh”.

Despite many positive results, the digital transformation process associated with innovative startups in Ninh Binh still faces many challenges. The lack of high-quality human resources, asynchronous technology infrastructure and limited awareness of the importance of digital transformation among some businesses are barriers that need to be overcome.

Mr. Doan Thanh Hai emphasized: “We will continue to promote propaganda work, raise awareness of digital transformation, and at the same time strengthen human resource training and invest in technology infrastructure.
