The first factor is the system's responsiveness, when the business no longer controls the entire infrastructure but switches to cloud computing infrastructure. The second factor is the reputation of the service provider, due to its dependence on the partner's infrastructure deployment capacity. Next are the factors of regulatory and legal compliance, requiring businesses to comply with global security standards such as ISO, PCI DSS. In addition, factors of backup and recovery capabilities, flexibility and the ability to integrate security tools and applications are also mentioned.
