Responding to the call of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Ho Chi Minh City Fatherland Front Committee to support people to overcome the damage caused by storm No. 10, the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation issued Document No. 3526/LĐLĐ on mobilizing support for people affected by the storm.

The Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation requests that its affiliated grassroots unions; wards, communes, special zones and affiliated economic and public service units disseminate and share images, articles and video clips about the heavy losses suffered by people in the Northern and North Central regions caused by storm No.
At the same time, mobilize business owners, union officials, union members and workers to share and provide spiritual and material support to help people overcome the damage caused by storm No. 10; encourage union officials, union members and workers (working at the city level) to each contribute at least 1 day's salary.

The specialized Departments and Working Groups of the City Labor Federation coordinate with the Propaganda - Women's Union Department to guide, urge and remind union officials of specialized Departments, Working Groups of the City Labor Federation; affiliated grassroots unions; wards, communes, special zones and affiliated economic and public service units to focus on effectively implementing propaganda and mobilization work among union officials, union members and workers to participate in responding to contributions and supporting compatriots affected by storms.

On October 9, the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation issued Official Letter No. 3550/LĐLĐ on reporting the situation of union members and workers affected by storm No. 10 to promptly visit, encourage and share. The City Labor Federation requested the local management working groups to coordinate with the Trade Unions of wards, communes, special zones and grassroots Trade Unions to closely coordinate with local authorities, agencies, units and related enterprises to overcome the consequences of storms and floods (if any).
