Job opportunities in Japan for students of Dong A University

The festival was attended by more than 20 Japanese businesses and partners. Of which, 15 businesses participated in direct and online recruitment with 523 positions for students in many majors.

In addition, 6 Japanese partner enterprises including Nagoya National University; Kake GakuenEducation Group - Okayama University of Technology; Vector Shinwa Company; Sun Wellbening Company - Mikazuki Hotel - Mediva; DGF Company; Chef Meat Vietnam Joint Stock Company signed cooperation agreements in the fields of medicine, training, internship programs and work in Japan for students majoring in nursing, information technology, tourism, Japanese language, automobiles, electricity - electronics...

Notably, the cooperation between Dong A University and the joint venture of Sun Wellbening Company - Mikazuki Hotel Joint Stock Company - Mediva Company will provide human resources for the establishment and operation of the upcoming Japanese Standard Clinic project (expected to be located on the 1st floor of the new Mikazuki Da Nang building). The total investment capital is 500 million yen, equivalent to more than 90 billion VND.

Mr. Kameda Shogo - Medical Director, Taiyokai Social PL Association, Kameda Medical Group - representative of Sun Wellbening Company said that when the clinic comes into operation, the staff will mainly be Vietnamese. The unit will organize professional training programs in Japan for these staff.

“We look forward to working closely with Dong A University to turn the center into an internship facility for students, as well as a place where human resources from Japan can develop their abilities and make positive contributions to healthcare and welfare in Da Nang,” said Mr. Kameda Shogo.

Kameda Group has been a strategic partner of Dong A University since 2018 with more than 60 nursing students working at the group's hospital system.

According to Mr. Kameda Shogo, nursing students participating in the joint program between Dong A University and Kameda University are now officially working after graduation at medical facilities as caregivers, and have received very high evaluations from the receiving facilities.

According to Mr. Luong Minh Sam - Chairman of the Board of Dong A University, through cooperation, the scale of the university's network of affiliated businesses in Japan has been increased to more than 150 units (from 8 provinces and cities and 15 Japanese universities and research institutes).

At the same time, it helps increase career and work opportunities for students of Dong A University at the Japanese partner system every year. And this is also the most specific and meaningful contribution in the training and employment cooperation strategy with Japan that the school has persistently promoted for many years.

At the festival, Japanese partners awarded many scholarships to students of Dong A University, with a total value of more than 340 million VND. Of these, 36 scholarships were awarded to students participating in a 1-year internship program and officially working at partners: Aijinkai Social Medical Group, Asai, Care Partner, Sun Frontier... in 2025 and 2026.

Within the framework of the 2025 Job Fair, interviews with Japanese companies also took place, attracting a large number of students from various fields to participate. The Japanese Job Fair is often held right before graduation ceremonies to expand the scope of international employment for students from various fields.

Previously, on April 11, Dong A University also organized the 17th Annual Job Fair in 2025 with 76 businesses participating in recruitment interviews for 7,087 job positions for students, attracting more than 5,000 registrations and interviews.

As of May 2025, Dong A University has sent 903 students of various majors to do internships and work in partner enterprises in Japan, Singapore, Germany, Taiwan (China)...

The strategic market of Japan alone has more than 800 students and is a direct source of human resources working in the fields of manufacturing, tourism, services, health care... Many students return after their internship and are now key personnel at Vietnamese enterprises and Japanese enterprises investing in Vietnam.
