However, hostile forces and bad elements at home and abroad always seek every means to distort and attack this issue. They take advantage of social networks to spread false information, distort the purpose, value, meaning, deny the scientific nature of the concept, the content of issues related to the "new era of development", "the era of national development".

Their sinister plot is to disrupt information, mislead public opinion, create distorted perceptions, and lose confidence in the country's development path in the new era, thereby failing to promote the will, endogenous strength, and national pride to develop the country. This is very dangerous, especially in the current context, when our entire Party, people, and army are striving to fulfill the goals in the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress; urgently conducting Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, towards the 14th National Party Congress.

The achievements our country has made in recent times have refuted these distorted and erroneous arguments. After nearly 40 years of implementing the renovation policy led by the Party, our country has created a new position and strength, converging all the conditions to enter a new era of development for the happiness of the people. That is the strength of the great national unity bloc, the accumulated experiences; the united efforts of "the Party's will, the people's heart" and the strength of the armed forces; the determination to liberate production forces; promote all potentials and strengths, especially human resources and modern scientific and technological achievements to innovate, digitally transform, and develop the country. In fact, after nearly 40 years of renovation, our country has risen from the crisis, with an inflation rate of 774.7% before the 6th Congress (1986) to the group of 40 countries with the largest economies in the world and is in the top 20 economies in terms of trade and foreign investment attraction.

With a strategic vision of thinking about finding a way to develop the country, our Party has generalized the concept and connotations of a new era of development - the era of national advancement. This argument is absolutely not an imposition of subjective will, voluntarism, nor is it "unrealistic, illusory", "far from reality" as fabricated and distorted by hostile forces.

Raise awareness to avoid falling into the trap of bad guys

Every cadre, party member and citizen needs to heighten vigilance, maintain faith in the Party's leadership and the country's development path, and absolutely not fall for the tricks of hostile forces and bad elements. We need to fully and deeply understand the purpose, content and nature of the new era of national development according to the Party's viewpoint. The Party's viewpoint of bringing the country into a new era of development is objective, based on scientific grounds, summarized and drawn from the Party's experience and mettle throughout the process of leading our country's revolution, especially the achievements the country has achieved in nearly 40 years of Renovation.

With a long-term vision, our Party has thoroughly analyzed the development trends of the world and the region; especially the position and strength of the country. From there, the Party has clearly pointed out the opportunities, advantages and difficulties for the development of the country in all fields. That is the basis for the entire Party and people to confidently, join hands and wholeheartedly enter a new era of development to build a rich, beautiful, prosperous, civilized and happy country.

Overcoming the limits of the country's development in breadth to move to the stage of development in depth; not overcoming "bottlenecks and bottlenecks" with more drastic and more effective measures, especially removing bottlenecks in institutions, infrastructure, and human resources, we cannot create open space for development, maximize the strength of resources... is the right direction that the Party has pointed out to develop the country. "Party's will, people's heart" are always in harmony and unity, which is most clearly expressed in the current period by the very high political determination of the entire Party, people and army in implementing the revolution of streamlining the apparatus of the political system; implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology development, innovation and national digital transformation, in accordance with the requirements and tasks in the new era of development. We believe that, with the great achievements that have been made, the tradition of solidarity, unity, and the whole people working together under the leadership of the Party, our country will continuously develop and achieve the set goals.
