Con Cuong elects additional Vice Chairman of District People's Committee

Attending the meeting were representatives of the leaders of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee; a number of provincial departments and branches; delegates of the People's Council of Con Cuong district, term XX, 2021-2026.

At the meeting, the People's Council of Con Cuong district conducted the process of electing additional Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.

As a result, with a high number of votes of confidence, comrade Pham Trong Binh - Member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Head of the Mass Mobilization Committee of Con Cuong District Party Committee was elected to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Con Cuong District, term 2021-2026.

Comrades in the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee presented flowers to congratulate comrade Pham Trong Binh on being elected Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Con Cuong district for the 2021-2026 term.

Comrade Pham Trong Binh was born in 1977, has a Master's degree in Law - Advanced Political Theory. Comrade Pham Trong Binh has held positions such as: Chairman of Luc Da Commune People's Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Con Cuong District.

Also at this session, the People's Council of Con Cuong district discussed, contributed opinions and considered and approved important reports such as: Report on allocating the local budget estimate for 2024 (phase 1); Report on the plan to allocate and use increased revenue and save expenditures at the district level in 2023; Report on approving the project to propose recognizing the expanded Con Cuong town as meeting the standards of a type V urban area; Approving reports on examining reports and draft resolutions; Approving the Resolutions of the session.
