Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Trung assessed: The review process of the Provincial Police Standing Committee was very methodical, closely following the 282 plan of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee. That is the proactive, close, timely, creative advice for the province to effectively implement policies and guidelines on ensuring security and order, and building forces. Security tasks in all fields, especially religious security, have many positive changes; proactively solving issues related to workers and laborers. Attacking and sweeping all types of crimes effectively, deeply reducing crime criteria, especially effectively implementing the drug-free area project, including Vinh City.

With more than 600 cameras installed at 191 locations, the system has basically covered the entire Vinh City. Comrade Nguyen Duc Trung assessed that the operation of this camera system has made an important contribution to ensuring security and order in the area thanks to promoting the features of tracking subjects, ensuring security and order, supporting traffic, especially during Tet and throughout the upcoming Party Congresses at all levels. At the same time, he suggested that the Provincial Police, if necessary, can increase investment, expand coverage, and strengthen propaganda so that people know and raise awareness of traffic laws.
