Specifically, in the 10 final competitions, Vietnamese female rowers competed excellently, winning 2 gold medals in the 8-boat and 4-boat events.

In the women's 8-boat category, athletes Pham Thi Ngoc Anh, Pham Thi Thao, Tran Thi Kiet, Le Thi Hien, Ha Thi Vui, Dinh Thi Hao, Pham Thi Hue, Du Thi Bong, and Luong Thi Thao showed their superiority by easily leading their opponents from the starting line and maintaining the distance, finishing with a time of 6 minutes 42 seconds 17, winning the 5th gold medal for Vietnamese Rowing.
In the 4-boat event, the "quartet" Tran Thi Tu Uyen, Nguyen Thi Van Anh, Bui Thi Thu Hien, and Pham Thi Bich Ngoc also showed no signs of being inferior when they left their closest rivals, the Indian Team, far behind to win the 6th gold medal, and at the same time successfully ended the tournament for Vietnamese Rowing.
Thus, Vietnamese athletes won a total of 6 gold medals including: Women's lightweight double sculls of the pair Ha Thi Vui and Du Thi Bong; Women's heavy double sculls of the pair Pham Thi Hue and Dinh Thi Hao, Women's lightweight 4-row sculls, Women's lightweight 4-row sculls, Women's lightweight 4-row sculls, Women's heavy 4-row sculls and Women's heavy 8-row sculls.
The determination and tireless efforts of the coaches and athletes of the Vietnam Rowing Team have brought about proud achievements, and are also a premise for the Team to prepare for the 33rd SEA Games, building a force for the future.
The 2025 Asian Rowing Championship held in Hai Phong city brings together nearly 700 athletes, coaches and senior officials from 18 Asian countries and territories including: India, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Philippines, North Korea, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and host country Vietnam.
