Thanh Ha police handle 23 traffic violations based on reports and images provided by people

After a week of implementing the open letter calling on all people to join hands in preventing traffic accidents, from August 8 to August 15, the Traffic Police - Order Team, Thanh Ha District Police received 43 phone calls, reports, images, videos reflecting the situation and violations of traffic safety and order. Of which, there were 5 phone calls from the people; 34 images, videos reflecting violations; 4 text messages reflecting the traffic safety and order situation. The main content reflected was individuals driving motorbikes and scooters without helmets, towing other vehicles, carrying more people, violating alcohol concentration regulations...

After receiving the information, Thanh Ha District Police verified, looked up, and assessed the violations. As a result, they recorded 3 cases of violating motorbike drivers, sent out fine notices to 12 cases of violations; assigned patrol teams to promptly prevent, check, and handle violations in 8 other cases.

Previously, on August 8, Thanh Ha District Police sent an open letter calling on all citizens to join hands in preventing traffic accidents. The District Police printed 188 open letters and sent them to agencies, units, businesses and people in the district. At the same time, they shared them on public Zalo and Facebook groups in the district.

It is known that many district-level police units in Hai Duong have issued an open letter calling on all people to participate in ensuring traffic order and safety with the motto "Every citizen is a traffic police officer".
