In Decision No. 692/QD-UBND dated February 28, 2025 of the People's Committee of Hai Phong City, the decision to appoint Ms. Pham Thi Thu Hieu - Director of the Mental Health Nursing Center under the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs to hold the position of Director of the Mental Health Nursing Center under the Department of Health . Speaking at the Conference, Associate Professor, Dr. Le Minh Quang - Director of the Department of Health congratulated the officers appointed and transferred to new positions. The Director of the Department also pointed out the challenges that the unit has to face when taking on a large amount of work, requiring great efforts and responsibility from each officer. He expressed his hope that the collective of officers, civil servants and public employees will continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, improve their professional qualifications and skills, meet the requirements of the tasks in the new situation, and excellently complete the assigned tasks.
