According to the report of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, by 12:00 on September 14, Hanoi city had supported 47 deaths and 37 injured people. The total support cost was 825 million VND.
By 3:00 p.m. on September 14, the Department had supported 21 hearses to take the victims to localities (Thai Nguyen, Thai Binh, Hai Phong, Hai Duong, Bac Ninh, Bac Giang) or to Van Dien Universal Cremation Station according to the family's wishes.
The Department continues to review the list of victims; organize delegations to directly visit families and victims; and coordinate to provide information to localities with victims in the fire.
Also according to the report of the Hanoi Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, as of 10:00 a.m. on September 14, there were 42 people being treated at Xanh Pon, Dong Da, Ha Dong, Bach Mai, University of Medicine, Post Office, and Military Hospital 103. Among them were 10 children and 1 pregnant woman.
