Announcing the inspection conclusion for Techcombank Hue

DNVN - The State Bank Inspectorate of Region 9 has just announced the inspection conclusion of Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank - Hue Branch (Techcombank Hue).

The inspection conclusion shows that Techcombank Hue basically complies with current regulations. In credit activities, the branch has kept complete records, complied with the principles of borrowing, guaranteeing, classifying debts and setting up risk provisions according to regulations. Regarding capital mobilization, interest rates are applied transparently, not exceeding the ceiling of the State Bank, ensuring transaction procedures and customer rights.

In foreign exchange activities, the branch publicly lists the exchange rate and sells foreign currency at the rate announced by the Head Office, in accordance with regulations and subjects. Treasury security work is also strictly implemented, from counting, managing, preserving to transporting cash, valuable assets, and valuable papers, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.

The conclusion also pointed out that Techcombank Hue still has limitations in credit appraisal, monitoring loan use and treasury safety. The inspection agency has made recommendations to Techcombank and Techcombank Hue branch to overcome shortcomings and ensure safe and effective operations.
