Party members take the lead, the model spreads

At the Party cell of Hamlet 15A, An Bien commune, each Party cell meeting is related to issues of concern to the people such as maintaining security and order; preventing and combating plastic waste; studying and following Uncle Ho... The atmosphere of democratic discussion, Party members are clearly assigned tasks and responsibilities. Each quarter has a separate topic, encouraging Party members to debate and propose solutions to improve the quality of movements.

Party Cell Secretary, Head of Hamlet Lot 15A Nguyen Thanh Do said: “Each Party Cell meeting is an opportunity to get closer to the people, grasp their thoughts, and resolve difficulties. The Party Cell always reminds each Party member to be exemplary, to take the lead in the movement so that people can see and follow, thereby building practical models, bringing common benefits to the collective.”

In the 2020 - 2025 term, the Party Cell of Hamlet 15A implemented many practical models such as: Building household garbage pits, limiting the use of nylon bags; "5 no, 3 clean"; irrigation pumping cooperatives, agricultural cooperatives... The models attracted a large number of people to participate. The social mobilization work was carried out effectively, with more than 1.3 billion VND mobilized to build 20 solidarity houses, charity houses, 3 rural bridges and hundreds of Tet gifts for poor households.

Mediation work at the grassroots level has achieved high results, with 92% of cases successfully mediated. The results have contributed to strengthening solidarity among the people. The rate of union members and members joining political and social organizations in the area reached over 75%; 100% of households in the hamlet registered to implement 18 criteria for new rural families. For 10 consecutive years, the Party cell of Hamlet 15A has been classified as having excellently completed its tasks. "When party members take the lead, philanthropists also trust, and people in the hamlet respond more. Only by maintaining a peaceful village and neighborhood will people trust the Party," Mr. Nguyen Thanh Do affirmed.

Promoting the bridging role of the organization

The connection between the Party and the people in Ba Bien B hamlet, Tay Yen commune has been strengthened through each activity of the Front and mass organizations. Since the beginning of the term, the Party Committee and Party Cell of Ba Bien B hamlet have directed the mass organizations to organize many patriotic emulation movements, creating attraction for union members, association members and people in the hamlet. From the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas", the movement "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods", to models of beautiful youth, "5 no, 3 clean" women, good farmers and businessmen, veteran clubs protecting the environment... all have brought practical results.

Mr. Nguyen Van Thang, residing in Ba Bien B hamlet, said: “Since becoming a member of the Farmers’ Association, I have received technical training, preferential loan support, and production experience sharing. My family’s economy has improved, and I have more faith in the leadership of the Party cell and the organization.”

Thanks to flexible working methods, the development targets of union members and association members of Ba Bien B hamlet always met and exceeded the plan. In the 2020 - 2025 term, the unions in the hamlet admitted 220 new union members and association members; bringing the total number of members to 265, equivalent to 87% of the subjects in the area. Secretary of the Ba Bien B hamlet Party Cell, Luu Thien Tinh, affirmed: "Unions are an important bridge to bring the resolutions of the Party Cell to the people. When the movement is practical and in line with aspirations, the people will respond strongly, thereby making the Party Cell even stronger."

Through creative approaches, Party cells and grassroots organizations have affirmed their role as a solid bridge between the Party and the People. These practical movements and models not only spread the spirit of solidarity but also contribute to improving living standards and creating strong trust in the community.
