At the conference, the leaders of the Department of Home Affairs announced the Decision of the Provincial People's Committee to accept comrade Pham Ninh Thai, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Yen Son district to work at the Department of Science and Technology, appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Science and Technology from July 22, 2024; comrade Nguyen Thanh Ha, resigned from the position of Principal of Tuyen Quang Vocational College of Technology and Technology, appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Information and Communications.

The conference also announced the Decision to appoint Comrade Pham Thi Lanh, Head of the Department of Planning and Scientific and Professional Management, Department of Science and Technology, to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology.

Previously, the Provincial Party Standing Committee announced the Decision to assign the position of Secretary of Yen Son District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term to comrade Do Hung Duc, Standing Deputy Secretary of Yen Son District Party Committee.

Speaking at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Chau Van Lam emphasized: Personnel work is a regular task of the provincial Party Committee, implementing the policy of arranging and organizing the staff team in conjunction with planning, training, fostering, mobilizing and arranging staff to suit the actual situation, professional qualifications and task requirements and is a step to prepare personnel for party congresses at all levels, term 2025-2030.

Comrade Nguyen The Giang presented the Provincial People's Committee's Decision to the comrades who were transferred, rotated, and appointed.

The Provincial Party Secretary suggested that, in each working position, comrades need to study the functions and tasks to immediately approach the work, have creative, innovative and scientific leadership and working methods; always be aware of training in ethics, prestige, capacity, promote the qualities of a leader, have planning thinking, the ability to cope with difficulties and challenges to successfully complete the assigned tasks with the agency's collective.

He also requested the leadership and staff of the agencies to promote the spirit of solidarity, unity, sharing, and helping newly mobilized and assigned comrades to perform well their assigned tasks.
