Announcement of decision to establish a Party cell in a private enterprise in Ky Anh town

The Party Cell of HBEEducation Development Joint Stock Company under the Ky Anh City Party Committee (Ha Tinh) has 20 party members participating in activities.

On the morning of August 26, Ky Anh City Party Committee held a ceremony to announce the decision to establish the grassroots Party Cell of HBE Education Development Joint Stock Company.

HBE Education Development Joint Stock Company was established in 2017. After more than 6 years of construction and development, the enterprise now has more than 120 staff, teachers and employees.

The grassroots Party cell of HBE Education Development Joint Stock Company was established under Decision No. 483-QD/Thu dated August 16, 2023 of the Standing Committee of Ky Anh City Party Committee.

Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board Tran Dinh Trung and leaders of Ky Anh Town presented the decision and flowers to congratulate the Party Cell of HBE Education Development Joint Stock Company.

The grassroots Party cell of HBE Education Development Joint Stock Company is under the Ky Anh City Party Committee, consisting of 20 party members working at the company and 3 affiliated schools, including: Hoa Sen Kindergarten, Hoa Sen Primary School (Ky Anh Town) and Hoa Sen Kindergarten (Cam Xuyen).

The Standing Committee of Ky Anh Town Party Committee appointed Ms. Tran Thi Thanh - Principal of Hoa Sen Kindergarten (Ky Anh Town) to hold the position of Party Cell Secretary; Ms. Ha Thi Nga - Principal of Hoa Sen Kindergarten (Cam Xuyen) to hold the position of Deputy Party Cell Secretary.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Phan Duy Vinh delivered a speech assigning tasks.

The establishment of the Party cell meets the aspirations of Party members, cadres, teachers and workers in the company. The Party cell will be the nucleus that directly leads the collective, cadres, Party members, teachers and workers to well implement the Party's policies and guidelines, the State's laws and policies, and local regulations and rules; contributing to building the town's Party Committee increasingly stronger.
