Trade Union of Industry and Trade of 15 provinces and cities signed a cooperation agreement for the period 2023-2028

On the afternoon of March 20, the Hai Phong City Industry and Trade Union held a conference to sign a program of coordination between the Industry and Trade Unions of 15 provinces and cities for the period 2023-2028.

At the conference, the units approved the content of the work coordination program for the period 2023-2028.

Accordingly, the units coordinate to care for and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers: share experiences in coordinating inspections and supervision of enterprises on the implementation of policies and laws related to workers; provide subsidies for workers in difficult circumstances... Along with that, the units coordinate in propagating andeducating union members and workers; organizing patriotic emulation movements, focusing on the Good Worker and Creative Worker movements; organizing workers to improve their professional and technical qualifications, acquire new technologies, maintain the organization of the Good Worker Competition...

Also during this period, units coordinated to exchange experiences between grassroots unions; grasp the situation of underemployment and unemployment to have measures to help and promptly solve employment problems for workers and laborers in localities...

At the conference, 15 Trade Unions of Industry and Trade from provinces and cities signed a competition agreement. On this occasion, the units awarded Hai Phong Trade Union of Industry and Trade 20 million VND to support workers in especially difficult circumstances.
