Emulation movements and major campaigns in the industry continue to be promoted, focusing on the emulation movements "Two Goods", "Innovation and Creativity in Management, Teaching and Learning", "Quang Binh Union members and workers compete to follow Uncle Ho's teachings"; the campaign "Democracy, Discipline, Love, Responsibility", "Each teacher is an example of morality, self-study and creativity"; the movement "Teaching to help each other go to school", "Tutoring weak students"; actively participating in the work of innovating educational management, innovating emulation and rewards... Thereby, it has motivated staff, teachers and workers to perform well their assigned tasks; the working relationship between the profession and the Trade Union at all levels is closer and more developed. Currently, the total number of union members of the Quang Binh Education Industry is 2,305 people.

On this occasion, 10 units were recognized as cultural standard units for the 2023-2024 period and the 2020-2024 period; 5 collectives and 6 individuals were awarded certificates of merit for the year 2024 by the Provincial Federation of Labor.
